You should have received your conference Participant ID from Symvoli Conference & Event Organisers by Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Once you have received your Participant ID, please complete the registration form below.

Please fill in and submit the form below no later than July 1, 2011.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Your registration fee must be paid in full before we can process your registration form (all payments must be made in euros)

attendance at the conference for four days
welcoming reception
light lunches and coffee breaks during the meetings

1. Participants who fill in their credit card information accept that their credit card will be charged with the above amount through the ALPHA BANK secure online payment system.
2. Participants who pay by bank transfer, please have NOTCH and your name written on your receipt for the transfer of funds and send us a photocopy of this receipt.

All bank charges must be borne by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted.

Invoices will be given to the participants on site.
If you are paying by credit card, you will be directed to the ALPHA BANK secure online payment system for completing your payment after you have submitted your registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations made in writing to Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers (symvoli.TheNotchMeeting@symvoli.gr) before August 30, 2011, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of €75. We cannot make refunds for cancellations made after August 30, 2011.
