CANCELLATIONS
Registration
For cancellations made in writing to
Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers
(symvoli.TheNotchMeeting@symvoli.gr) before September 1, 2010,
the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative
charge of euros 75. We will not be able to refund any registration fee
for cancellations made after September 1, 2010.
Accommodation
Cancellations must be made in writing
to Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers.
- Cancellations before
September 1: Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers will refund the total accommodation cost
minus € 50 handling fee.
- Cancellations between September 1-15:
Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers will refund 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellations after September
15: We regret no refunds can be made after this date.
