All hotel reservations are being handled by Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers, who have reserved rooms in hotels of three different categories, all within walking distance from the conference venue. To book a room, please fill in and submit the form below before July 12.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing to Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers.
Cancellations before August 1: Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers will refund the total accommodation cost minus €50 handling fee.
Cancellations after August 1 and before September 15: If you have paid all your accommodation costs, the organizers will refund the total amount minus the cost of 1 night.
Cancellations after September 15: We regret no refunds can be made after this date.
