ACCOMMODATION

All hotel reservations are being handled by Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers, who have reserved rooms in hotels of three different categories, all within walking distance from the conference venue. To book a room, please fill in the Hotel Accommodation Form and submit on-line before July 12.

Cancellations must be made in writing to Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers.

• Cancellations before September 1: Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers will refund the total accommodation cost minus € 50 handling fee. If you have paid all your accommodation cost, the organizers will refund the total amount minus € 50.
• Cancellations between September 1-15: Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers will refund 50% of the total accommodation cost.
• Cancellations after September 15: We regret no refunds can be made after this date.
